It was one of those hotels that one will remember for a long time to come. The views from the room were truly breathtaking - it reshaped my understanding of “infinity pool.” Besides, the staff was very helpful and kind.

Everything!! We honestly couldn’t fault it! The location, the food, the whole aesthetics of the resort were exceptional. What made our trip though was the amazing staff. Freedom, Giannis, Alex, Visilis, Lika, David, Joanna…. There are too many to name them all but they truly went above and beyond for us and we will never forget this trip. We already can’t wait to go back!

Exceptionally good vacation. The hotel is amazing with the water park, private beach, variety of pools, bars, and restaurants- just perfect. We had two rooms on the first line to the beach, we just walked each morning to the hotel’s beach at the morning. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

We enjoyed the 5th floor Bar / Restaurant very much. Nice to have a convenient place with a lovely view of the sea and city. The breakfast in The Plaza Cafe was excellent with may choices and great service. The Desk Clerk arranged our tour to Knossos with an excellent guide. They were always available for any question.

I was nice to have some privacy that an only adult properties provide. Very impressive spa. The meals were plentiful and well orchestrated. Staff was very accommodating.
