Amazing pictures!
Food was great.. can’t say enough about service…manager paid attention to every detail of our stay.
Privileged located at the Urubamba River and only 20 minutes from the famous Machu Picchu Archaeological Site, this 5-star hotel offers comfort, elegance and relaxation, in Andean Design.

Top place to stay in Aguas Calientes. Great room, friendly staff, good meet-up from the station. Solis breakfast. Just great.
In Aguas Calientes, Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel is a colonial-style property that features massage sessions and an Andean sauna. The spacious rooms feature tile floors and sitting areas.

The location is a short walk over a foot bridge into train station and town. It is located in rugged terrain, lots of steps - like everything in the town ! Quite a unique location . Restaurant was excellent. Great service. Was upgraded to a suite, very nice !
Del Pilar Ollantaytambo offers accommodations in Ollantaytambo, 5.6 mi away from the Train Station, and 19 mi away from Machu Pichu. The property offers a daily breakfast with tropical fruits.

Not much to like about this property other than the way it looks. Beautiful property, everything else is horrible
When the accommodations are just as important as the destination, a 5-star stay promises that extra "wow" factor the second you step into the lobby. Along with the kind of service fit for royalty, you can get pampered at on-site spas, enjoy gourmet restaurants, and sleep in top-of-the-line beds you'll never want to climb out of.
There was a mixup and the manager was SO helpful. She immediately solved the issue and offered superb customer service. Breakfast OK, no eggs, but otherwise it was sufficient. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean.
All the staff we came into contact with were very attentive, professional and friendly.
The room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was superb with wide selection of foods and drinks.
The luxurious twin room was spacious, with great bedding, towels, a great view, hot water. The hotel is located near the town centre (5 min walk), but feels more quiet. The common rooms are great.
This is a dream property. Stunning landscape and more natural fauna and plants than you can imagine. The service is exceptional from the front desk to the spa to the restaurant to the bar. The food is excellent with many options....delicious! Had massages at the Spa with Ykiko and Katy....they were outstanding!! The attention to detail is really impressive. The hotel is a close walk into town. I give this hotel an 11 out of 10!
The location is perfect and everything was top quality. They also put us in contact with a guide for Machu Picchu called Alberto who was really outstanding.
Fantastic location... on a main central walk from the train station not too far to get there. The hotel was very clean , had an elevator and everyone seemed very professional. My room was equivalent to a 5 star hotel in Canada.
We booked two rooms for a family of four. Our kids room had a super cute balcony and was large and spacious with a great view. The showers in both rooms were superb and there was lots of hot water. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. There was a lot of fresh food on offer as well as delicious cake. The young chef was very friendly and cooked great eggs. It was one of the best breakfasts we had in Peru. We were able to leave our luggage so we could go to the hot springs after we had checked out. Staff were very helpful.
