The check in procedure is great, no hassle at all. The room was clean - having the free Disney plus and other apps was appreciated - we stayed at a lot of places this trip and my kids liked this place the most out of all of them. Close to the beach, free parking. We will stay again in the future and told our friends to stay here.

    The staff made the difference, they were very good with the customers and very good with each other. The hotel is what it is but the staff made you feel like you where in a five star hotel.

    This is a good value, basic motel accommodation in a good location. It is not trying to be or wants to be a luxury 4 star hotel. Good simple motel style hotel. If you want luxury please book a 4 or 5 star hotel for 3 or 4 times what it costs to stay here. Big rooms, fridges, microwaves, nice pool, bus stops close by, water taxi stop at Shooters 10 mins walk away, restaurants and shops nearby. Beach across the road.

    The staff, the room, the location.. Fab!! We were within walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants... we took the bikes out for a ride and they definitely need some TLC.. the chain fell off abiut 4mi. From the hotel bit my BF was able to put it back on. Bell didn't work.. fix that and ill give yiu 5 stars. We will define be back!
