Located 100 metres from the ancient Church of Gevrey, Hôtel Les Deux Chèvres Gevrey-Chambertin is set in Gevrey Chambertin on the Route des Grands Crus, 12 km from central Dijon. Decorated with original artwork and antiques, it is set within a garden and offers a terrace, free Wi-Fi and a view of the vineyards. The breakfast was typical French fare: croissants, coffee, yogurt, fruit, charcuterie, cereal. A delicious surprise when the cook asked us if we wanted them, and then made the best scrambled eggs I have ever had. The dining area was simply splendid, comfortable and interesting. The owner, Paul, could not have been more welcoming, friendly, informative and helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wines of Burgundy, and took pains to give us a delightful tour of his tastefully renovated property.

An extensive wine list of 800 references accompanies the gourmet meals served in the restaurant. You can request a cookery lesson with the Michelin-star chef and purchase homemade foie gras and jam in the shop. We stayed in the less fancy part of the hotel across the street ‘Maison de Famille’. Still a huge and very nice room, very quiet with lots of amenities. The restaurant is amazing (2 stars) but pricey of course although the lunch menu is a good option. Spa is small but very nice

Located in the main building or in the tower next to the castle, the spacious rooms at Château Sainte Sabine feature carpeted floors, a TV and garden views. They also include a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Our stay at Chateau Saint Sabine was truly enchanting. What stood out the most was the impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel like special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect: arranging wine tasting in a great place, reserving charging spot for our EV and booking the their amazing restaurant in advance. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made our experience truly memorable.

The couple who own and run this place are super nice and friendly. The place is beautifully constructed and furnished, comfortable, and clean. The breakfasts were delicious and I liked that you could order what you wanted so that food wasn't wasted. Marie went above and beyond in helping us out with some things since we were traveling several weeks. I also found this place to be of good value.
