Facing the beachfront, HM Isabela-Adults Only offers 4-star accommodations in Santa Ponsa and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and terrace.

The hotel was really clean, the staff were so friendly without being over the top (Micaela on the bar was particularly nice and professional), food on the all inclusive buffet was fresh and varied, loved being able to eat outside. Great location, just a couple of minutes from the airport bus and then right on the beachfront close to the rest of Santa Ponsa, loved being able to see the sea from the upper level of the pool.

Beautiful place right off the Mediterranean coast line.. when we arrived we were able to exchange our $$s for € at reception. watched the most amazing sunrise on the huge balcony of our room.. this place is a hidden gem worth every penny.. meals were decent, breakfast was included in the pkge. Dinner is served daily in the restaurant of the hotel. Hotel offers Spa/massage and yoga classes. There is also a gym I didn’t have time to use. The room had a full kitchen and dining area. Staff were friendly, housekeeping was amazing. Everyday that we went down to breakfast and came back the room would be miraculously clean, beds made trash emptied and fresh towels. I appreciate service like this and will highly recommend to all. This is a Classy 5 star hotel as far as I’m concerned.

    Spacious modern apartment with amazing view of bay (we went for the superior option). View from the lower floors will be obscured by another hotel. Very effective air con. Pool is a good size and cleaned every morning. Pool bar serves decent snacks and drinks. All staff very polite and helpful. Good location for both the beach and the quieter top end of the resort (Costa de la calma) which has some nice restaurants serving authentic Spanish food. Palma is a great city and not far. We went twice on the bus.

    Lovely clean, fresh modern apartments with very efficient digital door code entry ( no having to deal with keys! ) with two choices of good pools and access to the adjacent hotel if you want to opt for meals. 5 min walk from the beach ( turn right out of apartments instead of left if u want a quicker shortcut straight to the beach and shops ). Great location on the edge of the bay ( and away from the busy teenager/ nightlife area which is on the other side of the strip!)
