Garden right on the lake so you sunbathe on the decking overlooking the lake. Breakfast excellent top quality and gluten free catered for. Bedroom large and very comfortable, we had junior suite overlooking the garden side. All staff very helpful and friendly. The location is great, inside Sermione, about a 25 min stroll from the old city, with private parking, so there's a place to leave the car. The apartment is newly renovated and modern and extremely clean. The property is very convenient for families with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which comes in handy when the kids are teenagers. The excellent included breakfast is at their restaurant on a corner of the main square which is a stone's throw away. We didn't need the hassle of trying to drive our car into the old town because they have an arrangement with the grifo parking facility which offers a shuttle service right to the hotel.
