This 4-star business West City Hotel is 6 km from the centre of Cluj-Napoca near the Vivo Shopping Centre. I had a wonderful stay at West City Hotel in Cluj. The staff was incredibly hospitable, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made a great impression from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to detail.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment is very close to the city center, making it super convenient to explore. Everything inside is brand new, and the sheets were impeccably clean, which I appreciated. However, the floors could have been a bit cleaner. One suggestion would be to provide some information or hints about public parking, as the property does not have its own parking. Overall, a great experience!

This hotel is ideal for airport access, it is located facing the airport. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. As we arrived late and left early in the morning, we did not use the restaurant, however it looked beautiful.
