This hut is amazing! Everything is so well thought about and done, the hot tub is incredibly powerful, doesn’t take long to heat at all and stays hot for hours even without adding wood. Shower is powerful and more spacious than you’d expect, fridge and freezer are great and the oven is fab. The garden is great and well fenced, and the sunsets here are amazing! The outdoor barbecue and hammocks are a great feature, and although we didn’t use the sauna it’s very lovely. The walks around it are amazing and there is a pub about 25 min walk/3 min drive away which has a great garden and is dog friendly.

Allison and family made it very easy to relax. Started the hot tub for us and left us to our own devices. Bottle of prosecco and marshmallows waiting for us. We will most definitely be back thanks a million.

Lovely location right next to St Nics market.
Perfect for a base to explore Bristol City.
No on site parking so if you’re lugging suitcases then you’ll need to drop them off quickly in the one-way side street, then take the car to a public car park.
Rooms comfortable. My room window looked out to an enclosed wall area, but I was there for one night so not really bothered.
Ground floor has a communal lounge and breakfast area for relaxing.

Walk to Bath city centre is 10 minutes tops
Spacious room with a luxurious sort of feeling to it.
Wifi was good. Bed was comfy.
Owner/manager made a good impression.
Wonderful house in a rather posh area of town.
Parking available at the premise.
Ideal central location. Rooms were spotless, and the hotel smelt amazing! The room was compact, but had everything you needed. Bed was really comfy, and we loved the air conditioning on a hot summers day!
Location was amazing, very traditional street, could not be better. Wonderful seeing Bath Abbey spire and hearing the Abbey Bells. Great size open lounge / diner / kitchen, well equipped . Loved the 3 windows and the roof top views. Comfy sofas and nice touch with coffee pods / machine. Bed large and very comfortable, we slept extremely well. Great size walk in shower, water lovely and hot, with rain shower option. Nice soft towels.
The location of the property was spot on and to have a parking space in Bath was perfect. Comfy bed and a good choice of tea and coffee in the room with milk sachets rather than those horrible milk pods. The rooms are old but spotless.
Generous sized rooms, lovely sitting room with big comfy sofas plus a posh dining room. Beds were super comfortable, and cosy. Great location, close to Roman Baths and cathedral.
Location was fantastic, and the price was decent as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, comfy and the bed was great. Perfect if spending most of the time exploring the area. Room was nice to come back to for a quick break and to cool down. Big bonus points for air conditioning!
We Always stay at the Francis when we visit bath which is every time we visit the UK !!... we've tried many others but always return to the Francis...it never disappoints, great staff, large comfy beds, air conditioning when it gets too warm, perfect location and it's own car park... perfect !
A wonderful and way above the ordinary cottage, beautifully appointed and super comfortable. Very comfy beds and sofas. Extremely generous provision by the owners, everything had been thought of to add comfort and ease to our stay - including lots of basics like milk bread and eggs right up to treats like lots of posh coffee pods, a bottle of wine and an enormous bowl of sweets. Absolutely outstanding.
