Great caravan with lots of space. We thought this was a 2 bedroom but on arrival we realised it was a 3 bedroom! Even better we got a room each! Loved that all our fresh bedding and towels were laid out for us, also we had lots of pillows and blankets etc. Very clean too. Will definitely be booking it agian.

    Hosts were wonderful and Buzz went out of his way to give me the best Gluten-free bread he could find, trying different options, much appreciated! Very friendly hosts. Breakfast was wonderful, many options, the breakfast room is bright and welcoming, Jo has done a fantastic job in decorating this room and the bedrooms, overall they have made the B&B very welcoming, great job on the decor. Beds comfy, will definitely stay here again.

    The host was very helpful when I asked some questions about the property. It was perfect for our needs, exceptionally clean, beds really comfy. The host supplied everything you needed. The location was a 5 minute walk from Southend seafront which is where we wanted to go

    Great location and walking distance to a adventure island and pier. Very friendly and super helpful staff. Super clean, lovely carpet, comfy bed, lovely bed linen, superb bathroom with a shower cabin, toiletries provided, plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk and we have even kitchennette with microwave and fridge. We love our stay here.

    Nice enough hotel. Comfy bed and a big room. Bathroom was clean. Great view over the estuary. No air conditioning but there was a fan already in the room which was good.
