We were not sure what to expect, but, the experience was much better than our highest guess. First the tent was spacious, very clean, and just very cool. The staff was awesome. We had interactions with Ihtesham (transportation), Rashid (site manager), Amr (tour guide), Marvan (room service) and few others I can't remember the names of. They were all great. Responsive, polite, fun, and all around wonderful. I have to also mention the gentleman in charge if tea nd coffe made over charcoal, who was from Yemen. He was also very friendly eventhough he worked from 4 AM to midnight straight. We are very happy with this experience and if you are visiting Dubai you should give this camp a try. It's just a different experience comparing to typical Dubai experience. They offer one day tours too and they are great by I highly recommend staying one night to experience the night at the desert.
