Facilities are a bit tired, but there is still this « grand » fabric of Hyatt which you won’t see in the hotels of similar pricing. Nice beach restaurant with good food and reasonably priced. If you don’t plan on over eating and over drinking - best to choose not all inclusive and dine a-la-carte

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Mr. George, Mr. Mina, Mr. Sayed, Mr. Beshoy, Mr, Armia and all the staff are just amazing. The cleanliness of everything is spectacular. The restaurant offers a variety of options to choose from. Everything was perfect, we would definitely repeat the visit.

The beach is beautifully arranged, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. High-speed internet was a pleasant surprise, and the food was not only high-quality but also varied every single day. The staff were incredibly professional and always ready to help with any issue. You really feel taken care of here. We will definitely be coming back!
