A beautiful rural lakeside cottage only 5 minutes from Maleny. Denise was an excellent host and does her craft very, very well. The newly renovated studio cottage was fitted out perfectly with everything needed for a short stay and then some. We got to see several platypus in the lake only metres from the front door. It's a quiet serene location with all the comforts of home, plenty of hot water and a decent size bathroom equipped with Sheridan towels, quality toiletries and a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows etc.

Steven gave us a wonderful, warm welcome and we got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble. The location is superb, very quiet other than the sounds of nature, a perfect place for just sitting and being in the moment. We were privileged to see the platypus whilst enjoying a sunset drink, that really made our stay absolutely perfect.
