At 3:30 am, the staff of the hotel knocked on my room door. I wasn’t aware the knocking was from the door of my room initially, therefore I didn’t respond. I also didn’t hear anyone professional announcing who they are. I had no way of knowing if someone was attempting to communicate with me specifically. Shortly after the second separate instance of loud knocking on the door of my room, the door of my room was being unlocked as someone was about to walk inside. A male with plain clothes said I need to turn the water off. After then asking me what was the noise he heard from my room. I asked him why he thought the water was on, i allowed him to look at the sink and room.I have a sound sleep application on my phone. The “white noise” but specifically i had “brown noise” as my sleep aide playing on a volume that I was comfortable to use to sleep. After I looked startled because before he knocked I was asleep. I looked uncomfortable, which he finally announced, “I work here”. I presume he regularly does checks of each floor at this early morning hou, but I don’t understand how he can hear the noise and why he claims he thought I left on water and that I was not in the room. He claimed it was necessary to check by opening my room door with his own copy of the key when there was no emergency. He didn’t see water leaking. He just decided to check the sound from my room by knocking at 3:30? Disappointed at how he justified his behavior by saying, because I checked in earlier in the afternoon. He showed his record keeping paper that I didn’t use my hotel key to get back inside the building”. The staff said he didn’t see me earlier. Repeating to me that he thought I left the building and forgot to turn the water off. Still I felt inconvenienced, professional and disrespected. At 11am I told staff. The reaction of the staff was non empathetic. They denied me to have reasonable adjustment to my organizing for a later check out after this unusual incident.

Really friendly staff, lovely clean rooms, great price, great location right on the edge of Ibiza old town. Although it's a shared bathroom when you're using it, you have the toilet and shower all to yourself and there are sinks in the bedroom

I honestly didn't have a pleasant experience, the receptionist Daniela, definitely doesn't know how to work with the pulpit, I hope you before going, research a little about the place.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Very close to the port, great location with many things around it such as taxi stop, supermarket, clothing stores, etc. The host let us stored our luggage after check out for the whole remaining day. Amazing!
Simple but clean and comfortable hostel. Balcony overlooking pretty street. Shared but very clean hostel. Very quiet road and other people in hostel. Lovely location for dinners out in old town.
Hostel is in a great location, very central, walking distance from city and close to public transport. The staff was nice and the room for one person room was surprisingly big. The sink in the room is a big plus :)
Its a great location, super comfortable and very clean place! He was also a great host, super responsive and gave a lot of recommendations of places to go to! Really recommend anyone staying here
Calming boutique hotel. Fantastic staff, Barbara made us feel very welcome. Great location, close to Talamanca beach and a short walk from the boat to get to the city centre.
