I think this was one of the best B&B places I have ever stayed in. I used to live in Valencia, so I knew my way around but the location is great - within walking distance to the city centre or metro station from where you can easily go to the beach/airport etc. One thing that impressed me before I even arrived was Adrian's initial email - he asked about breakfast and whether I am vegan; have any allergies, etc. I eat everything but my mom has several food allergies and I know how difficult it can be to get her breakfast organised in a hotel. I have not seen this before and ..Well done to think of this before our stay!! The breakfast is delicious, you can find everything there. I have already recommended this place to many of my friends and I will definitely return!

The care of the staff was exceptional, we were given tips of what to do on arrival, the room was cleaned each day with fresh water provided. A communal kitchenette area with an honesty bar and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was fantastic by loads of different restaurants and bars and close to a variety of different placa's. Everything was perfect

Easy access to public transport, many bus stops close by that can take you everywhere. The apartment was clean and equipped with basic things such as a coffee machine, washing machine, small dishwasher and utensils. The beds were very comfortable. Also a nice view to the city from the 13th floor. The host/contact Veronica was extremely helpful and friendly!
