The location of the accommodation was stunning and our host was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large and the bed comfortable, and it was so quiet in the evening. There was a shared lounge area and kitchen, perfect for preparing snacks or chilling out, there was also a pool table (no money needed) for the use of the guests. The breakfast was lovely, we even had French toast. It was lovely to see the Alpacas and goats that the hosts had too.

The host was very nice and always available. There’s breakfast for 10€ and dinner for 15€ which looked amazing but we didn’t take as we had too much food already. The house was warm enough and clean. We read the reviews about not enough hot water so we planned our showers 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening and had no problems with hot water.

The local town is quiet in December so had to travel a little to get some dinner, but all good. The home was a little on the cool side, and when I turned up the radiators the power short-circuited the whole house. Fortunately Karine the host came quickly and helped out. The place was well located at walking distance from restaurants, bus stop, and the Mt St Michel if you wanted to walk it. The place has a much missed old fashioned style and looked after with great care. It's quiet, with view on a garden in an old stone house. Will come again.
