This is a modest but very comfortable, well maintained and very agreeable apartment in the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It is situated just at the base of the stairs to the beautiful ruins of the Chateau, next to an ancient and beautiful church, and close to the finest restaurants in the village. We were here for 3 days. A group of 4 friends where two of us had a small room, while the others were in a larger room with a kitchen. There was a mini fridge in the small room, and with the ceiling fan on high, it was perfectly fine to sleep at night. The staff working there were very sweet and friendly! The pool was incredibly nice. There is a supermarket with a bakery 8 minutes away on foot. Plenty of parking space at the hotel. There is a restaurant right next door, but we didn't try it. We also saw a burger place and a bakery on the opposite side of the supermarket, as well as a Lidl.
