I rarely write reviews but I feel I have to for this location. A truly beautiful home with a stunning and peaceful pool. Breakfast was superb,home made and would not be matched in 5 star hotel. The hosts are very kind and helped us have a wonderful holiday in Nimes. You could stay in every location on bookings com and not find nicer people than these hosts. Thank you so much.

The rural grounds and country house are a shock being so close to Nîmes. You feel a little special getting to be inside those magnificent stone walls. There's comfortable space to hang outdoors, including the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

lovely calm spot everything you need - took a walk in the beautiful nearby garrigue in a protected area. ordered dinner—was fantastic! We visited the newish musee de la romanité in Nîmes which was worth the trip!

Host greeted us and gifted a bottle of wine. Very much appreciated! A neighbourhood Cave/wine bar is at one end of the street abd underground parkade near the other end. Very convenient. Patisserie and Carre Four just around the coner. Nice and spacious apartment. We loved staying here!

Very close to everything - 100 meters to the big public parking, 200 meters to the Arena, a lot of caffees and restaurants around, but the street itself is pretty quiet. Kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable. Clear and simple instructions how to get keys in the key box. Nice communication with the host.

Our room was spacious, with a big comfy bed and a modern shower. The neighbourhood is really quiet and you can enjoy the sunshine in the backyard, while cooling off in the pool. Beatrice and Michel are great hosts, they prepared us a delicious and healthy breakfast earlier than usual, so we could catch our morning flight. Thank you for your hospitality!

Luce and Philippe are great hosts and know how to receive guest. The room we stayed in (la mazet) had everything we needed (a good bed, a spacious bathroom, a small terras were we could chillout ) and was perfect in every detail. The location itself was also ideal, as it was close enough to the City center of Nimes, so we did not have to take the car to go out for dinner. We would warmly recommend Guesthouse Encantada to anyone who want to visit Nimes and its surroundings.EvelienYoung couple
