WE particularly enjoyed the town swimming pool and the surrounding park. The hotel was particularly quiet and the room north-facing which we appreciated when the temperatures soared to 36 degrees. Several hiking paths close by, Puy Mary and Plomb Du Cantal hiking routes start within a short driving distance. The host/owner is super friendly and hospitable! The negative reviews I have seen so far focused on the presence of dogs. There are indeed two very friendly and social doggos, so unless you have an allergy - they won't cause you or your family any trouble! Village shops/bar are within a short walking distance.
