The location is BEAUTIFUL! Viv was AMAZING and so friendly. We ended up in a massive traffic jam due to an incident on the way to our location, and Viv was wonderful in allowing for a later check in due to our situation. The room was clean and well laid out, we had an ocean facing room on the top floor, with plenty of comfortable sleeping room. We did a little exploring the following day with recommendations from Viv before we continued on to Scotland. Breakfast was delicious and made to perfection, other guests were equally as cheerful with the location and accommodation, but Viv and her positive welcoming demeanour was by far the highlight of our experience. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area, or travelling through.

Other reviews say it all. Breakfast was superb with great choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even remembered my name. Room was clean, Well decorated with superb views over morecambe bay. Great attention to detail-binoculars provided, little snacks, different milks in the room etc. Thank you David for your warm welcome back to the town I was born. Would definitely stay again.

Had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast room was lovely with the view across the bay. Enjoyed the kippers!

Hosts were really friendly and helpful, with lots of tips for places to visit. Bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfasts cooked to order. Able to park by the pavement outside.

Gina and Gray are the most wonderful B&B hosts I have ever met. We had a very peaceful and warm stay. The room was lovely, spic and span and Gina’s cupcakes were delicious. Unbelievable how close you are to the beach. Will definitely return. See you soon and wish you all the best!
