Lovely b&b just by the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners were also very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again if back in the area and recommend to others.

The host was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was incredibly cosy and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated, adding a modern touch to our experience. Notably, everything was impeccably tidy and clean, which contributed to our overall satisfaction during our two-night stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, ensuring that we started our days with a hearty meal. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have access to a car. Alternatively, there is a convenient bus stop located right in front of the house, or you can opt for a pleasant 30-minute walk to reach the city centre.

The hosts are absolutely fantastic - they were so welcoming and full of knowledge about what to see and do in Newquay, including current events like concerts.

Just a few steps from the station. Really well located for public transport. Warm and very clean. Bed was made every day and the bathroom refreshed. Would definitely stay again.

Our host Leanne was amazing❤️ we had an overnight journey and we were very tired when we arrived Newquay.Leanne gave us an early check-in for which I couldn’t thank her enough.The room was clean and everything was perfect!I look forward to staying here again 😊Thank you Tregarthen for an amazing time😊

Perfect 4 nights in the trelinda guest house. The room and the bathroom were very clean and has been cleaned every day while we were away. The bed was very comfortable perfect for a couple. The house has free parkplace we had always empty space. It is literally 5 minutes walking from the towncentre, 10 minutes from beach. Host was very kind, we didnt have any request but if we had he would have help us, i am sure. I can highly recommend this accomodation.
