With boutique bedrooms and a stylish bar, Primrose Valley Hotel offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. Just metres from Porthminster Beach, the hotel has wonderful views across the Celtic Sea.

Breakfast is very good. However, the room that was assigned to me is a bit dirty. The carpet of the room is full of stain and no clean up at all. Apart from that, others are fine with me.

Brhyer Barn is located a 10 minute walk from Mousehole in the lovely quiet village of Paul. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a lovely holiday. My 3rd stay at The Pendennis so I must like it here! The ownership has changed since my last visit several years ago but the experience was as good as ever. Great location in a quiet street, and a comfy, cosy and homely house. The room was immaculate and the breakfasts were absolutely superb. Richard and Sarah are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. If the previous owners Russell and Hazel read this, fear not, The Pendennis is in VERY safe hands. I will be back!

I loved the cosiness and attention to detail - Louisa was a great hostess and even provided some eggs for breakfast from her precious chickens! It was a gorgeous, clean and inviting place - the perfect home away from home for a solo traveller. I liked that I could explore the immediate surroundings and come back for lunch to save myself a few bob! it was also a great location for the Minnack theatre and the sculpture gardens - Louisa gave me some great tips and ides for excursions and explorations. I had a fabulous time.
