Beautiful home, room, garden and facilities. The owners were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The house is located on a quiet street close to the city centre with shops and restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The italian style balcony was massive and had lawn chairs. We spent hours outside with the garden view. The room is comfortable, spacious and had facilities like a mini fridge, air conditioner, bidet, etc. Breakfast was very nice with local Georgian items. Location was central with shops right next door. Would stay here again on my next visit.

Very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. The owners don’t speak much English, and I don’t speak any Russian, so communication was a little difficult. However, I still felt very welcome and had everything I needed.

It is the same as its name. We felt super cozy to stay. Staff was friendly to show things. I and my travel mate spent much time at the terace for sun bathing during the winter. Good point Lovely cozy place to stay at Zugdidi.

The hosts are really friendly. Finaly no one tried to sell me house vine or home made food. The house is new and very clean. The kitchen is equiped, we could wash our cloths and park in the garden. The wifi was stable and the whole stay was very comfortable.

Great house with historical background, built by the director of local tea factory for his family, back in 19th century. You can see and touch the history, see the original wooden doors, walk through the house, go to the balcony, sit in the beautiful garden, and be the guest of this house and his friendly owner. Our host was very responsive and ready to help. The site is really accessible and in the same time quiet and content. This house really suitable for groups of different sizes or for family visit. There are groceries shops and restaurants nearby, also you can take a 10 minute walk and visit the Dadiani palace and famous Zugdidi Botanical garden (don't forget to buy some fish food and feed the fish in the central pond of the park - it's really satisfying 🙂). Thank you very much for beautiful experience.

Clean, spacious accommodation with comfy beds, lockers, washing machine, shared kitchen and AC. Very friendly owner and friendly dogs! Very quiet neighbourhood. Very very good value for money.

This was a wonderful place to stay while traveling Samegrelo! Mimoza was a very kind and attentive host (spoke enough English to communicate the important things) and made us two fantastic breakfasts with local foods at a very good price. The house was very nice and felt like a cozy village house. The beds were comfortable and clean and I loved the old style of the house. The bathroom was outside (like many Georgian village houses) but we didn’t mind this at all. The water got nice and hot after waiting a couple minutes. There was a nice patio to sit on in the morning and look at all the pretty trees and greenery. Very cozy place; I would definitely return again if I come back to the area :)
