We arrived at the hotel at 5 am and were immediately checked in. The owner Talim surrounded us with attention and care from the first minutes of our arrival. He organized us a wonderful camel safari tour at a very good price. I would have stayed longer in this house. If we return to Jaisalmer we will only stay here.

- Mr. Ba, the owner of this hostel, he’s kind and friendly. I’d booked a single bedroom. but I’ve visited the city in the low season. there was no other guest at that time, so he upgraded the room from single to a double bed for free. and he’s invited me to have a dinner before i’m leaving this town. - The wifi is really fast. This is the main reason why I’m staying here. - The rooftop view is amazing in the early morning and evening, you can just sit there and see local life down there. - If you want to do a desert safari, you can book directly with him. It was an amazing experience for me. The price was so cheap.

Absolutely the best guesthouse during our long travel in India, everything was perfect. The room was super clean,the owner was too kind from the first moment we met,I highly suggest this guesthouse!!! We had a safari with them and also this was perfect, delicious food and great staff!!!

That is my first life experience to stay in the hotel inside the giant historical fort. It owns perfect location in Jaisalmer. Watching sunset view, chatting under the starry night sky, and listening to Rajastani folk songs entertained by guest local musician (he is highly talented) at Ba's rooftop cafe are heartwarming bonuses. At rooftop cafe, they serve Western, Indian, Chinese and traditional Rajastani cuisines, all are delicious 😋.

It was pretty cool to stay in the fort. It was fun to get lost in the alleys early in the morning before the tourists arrived. We had a room with a private patio that overlooked the city, with a big swing for relaxing. The room was very comfortable, and there was 24-hour hot water. The nice rooftop restaurant served good food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and directed us to an agent so we could plan an afternoon/evening in the desert. We would definitely stay here again.

Paresh and his staff couldn't do enough for us. Made us feel like family - we were even invited to a family wedding which was an amazing experience. Organised a camel trek with a night sleeping under the stars, which was fabulous. Food was great too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone

First of all the location and the facilities are AMAZING! Inside the fort itself, a quiet and beautiful area where you can find the most important tourist attractions of the city. The room had a super cool and original decoration, with stunning views, as well as the views from the terrace, which we can assure you are the best in the city. Hot water, air conditioning and very good cleanliness. They offer food services, free pick up and they are willing to help you with anything you need. We highly recommend the camel ride in the desert that they offer, we did half a day and the experience was incredible; a very local experience, full of peace and calm in the middle of nature and ending with a delicious dinner in the dunes where you can enjoy the silence and the starry sky. Thanks to all the team, you do a great job!

I loved the location of the place which is inside the fort and this building is around 600 years old. If you are looking for a local experience this is your place. The staff is so hospitable! It feels like home! This was my second time staying at this place and if i visit jaisalmer again, i will definitely stay here again. And the experience of desert safari with them is the best. They take you to a non-touristic place in the desert, you can cook with them there and you sleep directly under the stars with enough bedding to keep you warm. And one advice, we should also be respectful to the neighbours here as we are staying in their residencial area.
