Really clean and very kind and nice staff. You can reach this pension by tram just 4-5 stations. And this pension is very close to the most famous Burger restaurant and observatory. The house was beautiful, clean and cozy especially during a February winter. Around a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram which wasn't too bad, but also pretty much right next to a grocery which was very convenient!

The location was amazing and the views! Our room was very spacious and had amazing views! We were thankful there was dedicated parking and we were able to do a load of laundry during our quick stay. The host was very kind and responsive to my questions. Honestly we loved this guest house and wished we were staying in the area longer! Definitely recommending my to anyone who will be in Hakodate area!
