The best part about this hotel is the manager Estefania. She went above and beyond to address our various cutural questions and made our stay very interesting. Communication was excellent. Room was practical and comfortable. The building felt very safe. Location is very central. It was helpful to have a small fridge in the room and several plates and cups. The outdoor terrace had a couple of tables and charis. We also apreciated that guests followed quiet hours rules, and every person we met was very respectful.

Really a home away from home. Super cosy with all the facilities you have in your home. Cecile is an amazing host. So full of life & positivity. We were robbed on the bus coming in from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen. It was a tricky situation with no assistance from the Bus driver or so & we didn't know what to do. Cecile came over to the bus station, helped communicate with the police, took us to her home, got us settled in. Next day she drove us to the CAPTA center (Visitors support), helped explain & was our translator. Can't thank her enough for all the support. Even for the rest of our stay she kept checking on us. Even with the bad start her support really helped. House is super clean. Very bright and upbeat ambiance. Good facilities, nice and cosy room, bed and bathroom. It is in a nice gated community with security check going in and out. 10 minutes easy walk from 5th avenue & the main shopping places. There are a few restaurants close by along with a 7-11. So over all convenient and safe. That's a lot in Playa del Carmen. Having a host like Cecile adds up to the over all experience. Vini & I thank you for giving us a wonderful time. We will gladly host you any time if you happen to visit Dubai.

The location was ver ycentral to the beach as well as to the downtown Playa del carmen area. The room had a a great king sized mattress and and another twin sized bed. The room had a kitchen, microwave, small portable stove, as well as kitchen utensils, plates, glass glasses, pearing knifes and towels. The only thing I would have lived to have had was a bigger soap bar, more soap, and some shampoo.
