What an absolutely delightful place to call home for a few days! We were looking for a restful spot on a quiet beach after our safari and this was it. The building itself is fascinating….lots of history within, unique and quirky and has everything you need and more. Our rooms were comfy and clean and the balcony in each room overlooking the beach was great. Massi and Miria are the perfect host…there when you need them with answers to all your questions. All staff were so kind and friendly…restaurant staff with whom we interacted the most were the best. The daily breakfast had a perfect selection of continental and hot options. And a juice with fruit and avocado that I wish I could have bottled and brought back home. We ate all three dinners there and they were out of this world (I’m running out of superlatives to describe our stay!). With Massi’s obvious influence they were all traditional Italian. Four amazing courses each night and only $20 USD per person. Worth so much more. I wholeheartedly recommend Zanzibar House as a perfect place to stay for a beach break. Suggest taking the taxi service offered on their site as we chose not to and our cab driver had difficulty locating it. With the help of a kind local on a motorbike however, we did. In the middle of the tourist season, it was such a pleasure to be away from the large, crowded establishments and to enjoy the personal service of Roxana and her staff. I liked the simplicity of the place and it's proximity to the beach. An efficiently run place that I would return to.

Isla Bonita is your choice if you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront property far from crowded tourist areas. We felt right at home right from day one. We were welcomed warmly by the owners and services were always rendered with a smile. Loved the food and most of all the beautiful beach which was just a stone throw away. Would definitely visit again!

Mohammed Bungalows er et familiedrevet rimelig overnattingssted med en fantastisk beliggenhet helt ute ved stranden. Fra restauranten kan man følge med på folkelivet på stranden. De billigste rommene ligger noe tilbaketrukket uten utsikt men rommet jeg leide lå i 2. etasje med veranda og strandutsikt. Rett bak hotellet ligger en landsby hvor det er spennende å spasere rundt for å oppleve hvordan lokalbefolkningen lever - kontrastene er store !
