The staff was helpful, the food was simple but delicious, and the connected pub is a good place to have dinner and drink. The location is perfect for exploring the Highlands and is 1.5 to Edinburgh and only a few hours to the Two Sisters and excellent hiking and outdoor adventures. I travel 42 weeks a year for work, staying at some of the best (and worst) hotels in the world. Lochaide Guest House is 100% on the best side, a quiet, comfortable, clean, well-located place to stay that I would highly recommend.
