Church Farm Lodge has good road links and is just 2 miles off the A14, and only 10 minutes’ from Market Harborough and Kettering. I was very pleased with the accommodation. There are so many properties these days that are just not properly cleaned - and this B&B is a delight. Incredibly clean and very comfortable. I also found the staff helpful. I’m sure I’ll come back another time. Thank you :)

Very spacious, easy to find as both the host and I use 'What3words' Very quite location excellent, small village with pub and restaurant (although we didn't visit) Secure parking outside property gate closed for the evening. Huge comfy bed and settee for watching TV. I especially like the do it yourself breakfast. Would definitely stay again when visiting the NEC.

The spacious, refurbished rooms at Spanhoe Lodge have large TVs, tea/coffee facilities and power showers. Disabled rooms are also available. We were looking for somewhere quiet, friendly and where we could get an evening meal and a good breakfast without having to go out. We were very impressed with the facilities, the staff and the meals provided. Well done, we look forward to staying here again.

The George At Ashley has free parking and a quiet location, less than 10 miles (16 km) from Market Harborough, Corby and Kettering. The A6, A47 and A14 are within easy reach. My night coincided with 'Steak night' and that was certainly a very good meal. Breakfast on the day I left was outstandingly good. I really appreciated the specific tutorial on how to properly use the coffee machine in the bedroom so that was a nice touch. I found everyone connected to the facility who I spoke with to be friendly, interested and helpful.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor dining is also possible at the bed and breakfast. Everything was really perfect. The guesthouse was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. We would love to stay again soon. What a fabulous place you have created.

Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Short drive to local shops (supermarket etc). Great coffee shop a minute up the road
