Food is available everyday from our kitchen. We serve lunch 12-3PM and dinner 6PM-10PM Mon-Sat. On Sunday we are open 12-4PM for our Sunday lunch service, after which our kitchen is closed but you can still enjoy a drink on our bar. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of local real ales and ciders. My recent stay at The Lion at West Pennard was nothing short of exceptional, leaving me with a heartwarming experience. The staff's hospitality was a standout feature. From the friendly welcome at the reception to the attentive service throughout my stay, the team at The Lion truly went above and beyond. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience. The food served at The Lion was nothing short of a gastronomic delight. Each meal was a testament to the chef's skill and dedication, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. The Breakfast was delicious. They always offer vegan options! The B&B's location near Glastonbury is simply enchanting. Nestled in a picturesque setting, the surroundings are both peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. You can see the Tor of Glastonbury from the bedrooms window. In conclusion, our stay at The Lions was a perfect blend of friendly service, delectable cuisine, and a breathtaking locale.

The George Inn is a 14th century inn and Plaine is a 16th century building located immediately opposite The George, situated in Norton Saint Philip. Among the various facilities of this property are free WiFi, a bar and on-site dining. Very clean. Fantastic pub and helpful staff Amy & Florence in particular

The guest house features some units that have mountain views, and every unit is equipped with a shared bathroom and a desk. At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. Friendly but respectful, so open warm and welcoming. I felt so safe and protected all of my time here.. I couldn't recommend here more, especially as a solo lady. The hosts were exceptionally kind, funny, both were fountains of knowledge. They couldn't have done enough for me. I also had the added treat of a treatment while there in my room, and wow. The views from my bedroom were spectacular of Tor and of Avalon. Everything was beyond my expectations, somewhere very very special ❤️

Situated in Chard, The Golden Fleece is a historic guest house that features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy water sports facilities and barbecue facilities. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house also offers facilities for disabled guests. Location was great, quiet and peaceful. The George Inn features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Wells. The property is set 29 km from Longleat Safari Park, 33 km from Bath Spa Train Station and 33 km from The Roman Baths. The accommodation offers evening entertainment and free WiFi. We loved everything about the George Inn. Veryan and Peter were just incredible. The food was delicious - we enjoyed the steak night and the lovely home made ice cream. We were so happy that we found the George Inn.

All rooms in the inn are fitted with a kettle, a desk, a flat-screen TV, and some rooms here will offer garden views. The staff were great and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was lovely the food was excellent. The location os wonderful.

Set in Glastonbury, Belle Vue Guesthouse is a recently renovated accommodation, 39 km from Longleat Safari Park and 43 km from Oldfield Park Train Station. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. Cabot Circus is 44 km away and The Roman Baths is 44 km from the bed and breakfast. Location was ideal as it was close to center of town and local sites (Tor, Abbey). Breakfast was made to order and ready each morning. The hosts were so welcoming and provided some tips for transportation and getting to nearby locations. They have several maps and pamphlets to help you male the most out of the local and nearby sites.
