The communication online before the stay was easy, with quick responses and thorough answers. The people working here are very helpful and wonderful. You can really feel that the owner cares about the place, and the staff are invested into making your stay and all over experience as good as possible. Easy to arrange tours. They will take you to all the good spots, and they bring snacks and food for long hours away from the homestay. The only small feedback for improvement I can think of, is I wish for more stafety briefing before snorkeling for guests that aren’t too familiar with being in the ocean, specifically on the dangers of touching anything under the sea, just for safety precautions. The reef in front of the homestay is wonderful, and the jetty makes it so easy to snorkel and swim all day long. The food is amazing, and the bathroom amenities was to a higher standard than I expected. The owner made sure to ask about potential allergies, and he was going out of his way to try to make it possible for us to get the room we requested, which we were very thankful for. They also informed us about and helped us get Marine Reserve passes. I will never forget how well taken care of I felt. I cannot from the bottom of my heart recommend Nyande enough. I will miss it so much, and I hope to be back one day.

Rio and his Team are taking really good care that everyone has a lovely stay and help where they can to arrange transportation or daytrips or diving. The bungalows are very clean, spacious and well equipped. We even had our own bathroom which is definitely a luxury on the island! Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the island life. The Food was also very good and there was also lots of variety, even though I am vegetarian :) Definitely one of the best places to stay in raja ampat!

We had a really special time at the Coco Huts homestay. The family put a lot of heart and effort into making our stay a great experience. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Delicious and varied food, clean bathroom facilities (water containers were constantly replenished), great ocean view from the bungalow. The host took us on a number of trips, including a trip to Wayag, which were really well-organized, and we felt super safe on the boat as well as snorkeling with a local guide (the reefs in the area are amazing). The transfer back to Waisai was well-organized as well. If you’re looking for a quiet get-away from the more crowded areas like Piaynemo, this is definitely a good choice.

The homestay owner contactes us prior to our arrival to check if we were finding our way (they also offered a taxi pick-up at the harbour) and welcomed us with open arms. The homestay has a nice small garden where we had breakfast. The owners also helped us to arrange our taxi next morning

The owners were extremely helpful with organizing trips, answering questions, giving advice on places to stay. The breakfasts were always delicious and varied. They were very knowledgable about the region and were well connected. They arrainged a good scooter at a fair price. A great first landing spot off of the ferry from Sorong. I have already booked my second stay when back from the outer islands to prepare for the return ferry trip. International travelers will be happy here.

There are a couple of Catalan ladies (volunteer staff) who have been very responsive to every request I have made. The location is close to a very good reef for snorkeling. Comfortable over-the-water huts. Large bed with comfortable mattress and high mosquito net. Love the oversized knit hammock! Easy pick up for divers with Soul or Turtle or Yenbuba dive centers.

The beach is completely empty and the entire homestay is very quiet. The location is very convenient if you plan on visiting Piaynemo, Rufas or Star Lagoon. Prices for excursions were reasonable for Raja Ampat, especially considering that we were the only guests. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We were especially pleased with them arranging a trip to Wayag for us, including a stay at another homestay and pick-up. They really went above and beyond to make this possible! For this arrangement, you need to contact them upfront, however it is worth it if they offer you to stay at Coco Huts. The food was good and had variety. - we especially enjoyed the donuts! Although the amnesties are as basic as should be expected, they are in good condition and very nicely set up.
