Expected just some pastries for breakfast but very pleasantly surprised to find cereals juice and even eggs in the fridge. Our room was lovely and very well equipped. The family were very friendly and helpful.

El Shelmalier House es un establecimiento de gestión familiar situado en una zona tranquila, a solo 5 minutos en coche de la localidad de Athlone. This place was wonderful. The owner Jim went out of his was to make us welcome and comfortable. There was glitch in our plans and Jim went out of his way to get it fixed fot us. It was raining and we got wet and cold-he brought us a heater.that warmed us up. He could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place. 😀
