The list of positives of my 3 night stay at Thangkop House is a long one: Good wifi, hot showers (both of which are scarce in Ladakh), spacious, clean rooms with lovely views, seamless check-in process, hot tea and biscuits on arrival etc etc. But what made my stay at Thangkop House so memorable was the warmth, friendliness and helpfulness of the owners, Dolma and her son Wong. I had a million and one questions upon arrival as I needed help with planning my motorbike trip in Ladakh - not only did they patiently answer each question, but also organised my permits and motorbike for me, helped me plan the route, gave advice on the necessary provisions and stored my excess luggage during my 5 day trip. It is no exaggeration to say that were it not for them, my trip through Ladakh would not have been as memorable. Exceptional.

Rock Castle Residency se encuentra en Leh, a 2,3 km de Shanti Stupa, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Es una casa típica de la zona, con pocas habitaciones y un jardincito muy bien cuidado. El personal es fantástico, muy amable, paciente, simpáticos… incluso los que no hablan mucho inglés, se esfuerzan por atenderte, con una sonrisa en la cara siempre. Es como tener a un familiar cuidandote. Comida casera muy buena. Fue todo perfecto! Nos encantaría volver!

Very accommodating and excellent hosts. Not many guests, as most people stay at their larger location across the street. I originally booked 3 nights online, but stayed again after I returned from a trek and they changed me the same excellent rate I got online.

Raku Guest house está en Leh, a 1,6 km de Shanti Stupa y a 11 min a pie de Soma Gompa. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis. We had a very good stay at Raku. We stayed for a week and had a good experience throughout. The location is pretty good - a 10 min walk from the main market and close to the good eating places & cafes in the town. The surrounding area is peaceful (even though everything in Leh seems to be under construction :-). The views from the guest house (and the rooms) are simply amazing - you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance, the tall green poplar trees, and their apple & vegetable garden. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We all had good sleep throughout. The food we had was homely and consistently good. Their cook came only in the last couple of days we were there but served delicious, hot, and fresh food. We also did some work here and the WiFi internet was pretty well most of the time. The best part of our stay was the excellent service provided by Sonam, his parents, and the crew. Right from the booking to check in to the stay and checkout, everything was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an excellent value for money.

El Heschuk Guest House se encuentra en Leh y ofrece WiFi gratuita. El establecimiento cuenta con jardín y está cerca de varios lugares de interés famosos, a unos 1,5 km de la estupa Shanti y a unos... Valoro el entorno natural y tranquilo del Hostal. Las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas y la limpieza es excelente. Yang la persona a cargo del hostal está pendiente de la comodidad de los huespedes, atenta a cualquier solicitud. Además ofrecen deliciosa comidas. Muchas gracias por todo !!!

During my stay at Naazh Guest House in Leh, I was thoroughly impressed with both the excellent location and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The location is very close to the Leh Main market, just a 5 minutes walk. And, the staff helped us with booking both my room and taxi to various other destinations across Ladakh like Nubra, Pangong etc. Their knowledge and helpfulness in arranging taxis to explore the region made my trip truly memorable. I highly recommend Naazh guest House for its convenient location and the outstanding hospitality provided by its staff.

It's a family run property and since we arrived they all made us feel at home. They are all so kind and amazing! The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. They also have great views! The food is delicious, fresh and homemade with their own grown ingredients. Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable one!
