Located very close to Sarnath and away from the crowds, it is in a perfect location to explore around the area (everything is in a walking distance).

Our room was perfect, we slept like babies, the water hot and pressure was awesome! Location is prime, right off the Ghats but still quiet enough to get all the rest you need! Vishnu is known for his delicious chai and heartfelt conversation! He knows everything and everyone in Varanasi and can help you plan and execute your adventures with a quickness.. He truly cares about his guests and genuinely wants the best for you! If you want to go on a real adventure ask him about his street food tour, so awesome!! Over all we loved our stay and will always choose Maa Durga and Vishna when we visit Varanasi!!! Thank you for everything!!!

The host, Sona, is amazing—very caring, speaks really good English, and makes delicious home-cooked meals. Staying here feels less like being at a guest house and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. The rooms are clean, and the shower has hot water. Just keep in mind, that if you have large luggage, the room size might feel a little tight. It’s an experience that leaves you with lasting memories of Varanasi’s hospitality and charm. Highly recommended!
