All was great, but the most greatest thing is staff. This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!

DMCharme, que tiene salón de uso común, terraza y vistas a la ciudad, está en Ponta Delgada, a 12 km de Pico do Carvao. Bed is comfortable. Private bathroom is huge. The host is very attentive and helpful. Daniel helped me with taxi when I was in the middle of the island.

The home was very clean, spacious with a large fully equipped kitchen, and sitting area. Location was perfect, very close to the beach, marina, cafes and restaurants.

Gracias a los propietarios por su atención y amabilidad. La villa no le falta detalle, perfecta para desconectar, relajarse, y poder irse de excursión para ver São Miguel. Ubicación perfecta cerca a Ponta delgada. Un agrado haber estado aquí!

Elaine y Steve nos contactaron antes de llegar y fueron muy amables con todas las indicaciones. Cuando finamente los conocimos nos sorprendió lo lindo que es el lugar y la calidad del servicio que ofrecen. Realmente vale la pena quedarse al menos una noche y poder disfrutar de las vistas que se ven desde la terraza

El Matriz Guest House, situado en Ribeira Grande, a 300 metros de Ponte dos Oito Arcos, ofrece jardín, habitaciones para no fumadores y conexión WiFi gratuita. All the family running the guesthouse were friendly people, and the food they provide and make themselves was a great touch.
