Located in Taling Ngam within walking distance from the beach, La Kalada Resort is less than 6 km from Namuang Waterfall I and 6.84 km from Namuang Waterfall II. This was a really great place to stay for a great price. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were attentive and super helpful. They arranged a scooter rental for us, took care of our laundry and all for very reasonable prices. The green on offer in the shop is exceptional, well priced and the staff there were all knowledgeable and very friendly. I had an awesome time hanging out with staff and visitors in their air conditioned lounge at the end of each days adventures. I can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay for much longer.

The location is set away from the main town, on a quiet slope, and one can walk to the amazing temple with the towering multiarmed goddess (5mins), to the sunset spot (20mins) and in the opposite direction to pretty Choengmon beach (20mins). Obviously if you have a scooter (which you can rent at the property) everything is even closer. There was even the possibility to do laundry.
