The staff were exceptional. From the drinks at the bar to the gentleman at valet- this hotel is where I will stay whenever I’m I. Toronto. The location was perfect- a 9 min walk to a Jay’s game or under 5 min to Queen St or the Eaton Centre for a little shopping.

    I booked this at the last minute after my flight was cancelled. It was a very reasonable price, and I had a pleasant and restful evening. My room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was excellent. I slept well. It's a Hilton Hotel, so there are no great surprises. The location is perfect - right behind City Hall, in walking distance to Queen St, Ken Market, Eaton Centre, etc.

    Excellent shower and lovely set up in the bedroom/living space. Necessary toiletries and towels provided; water filter, coffee, and tea in the kitchen; umbrella to borrow much appreciated! Very stylish and beautiful tree canopy surrounding.

    I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton and had mixed feelings. On the positive side, the hotel was clean and boasted a great location. However, I found the facilities lacking and the price to be expensive. While cleanliness and convenience were good, the overall value for money fell short of expectations.

    The cleaness is was beyond my expectations, my kids enjoyed the stay and the beautiful views of the airport. Breakfast and the evening snacks were in plenty. The Staff are so polite and kind to guests. Generally Embassy Suites did represent the Hilton brand name diplomatically. I now have my holiday hotel for and family. Thank you guys!

    We stayed at embassy suites by hilton near Pearson Airport for our first night in Canada. The free shuttle bus was great and meant it was so easy to get to the hotel and also to pick up our hire car the next morning.. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was great. We are planning to return before our flight home.

    room was clean, however did not receive service to make beds entire day on the SATURDAY nor receive towels. We ensured we had the do not disturb sign off the door to have maid service come in. The bed was so small, we did not have a comfortable sleep. The ceiling in the bathroom was in a middle of a repair? Ceiling was horrible... not top quality for the price charged to stay in a HILTON hotel.
