Honestly, very little. The only positive aspect was eventually getting a room after hours of waiting — but it wasn’t even the room we originally booked.

Property was clean, staff was friendly , the rooms were new and spacious and the breakfast was good
Incredible fancy, if you’re into deco.
This is not a Hilton 5 star.
Perfect location.
It’s old, very friendly staff, clean, slept good, everything worked very well, coffee and cake for breakfast and private parking.
But plenty breakfast possibilities within 2 minutes walk.
I will certainly book it again.
More than 5 stars, taking my expectations into consideration.
I’ve loved everything about the location. EVERYTHING. From the welcoming to the leaving. Staff was A+ as human as human could get. I couldn’t wait to be asked to review this place. Everything I say is true, if you want to go to Hilton and other fancy places go, but this hotel had everything I needed. I can’t brag enough about staff. They loved me 😎 I loved them from cleaning to serving to front desk. I loved it, my children loved it and we’ve found our place every time we’re in Miami. Thanks so much for having us
Vintage art deco architecture & foyer reception. Close to beach and restaurants. Opposite Marriott/Hilton so we used their bars/restaurants. In the afternoon we went to Nikki Beach Bar nearby which was open 12 midday til 4pm.
The hotel is located in a nice spot, close to the beach and on Collins Avenue, which is often use for picking up tourists to go for city rides (like hop-on hop-off busses). It is very clean, rooms are spacious and supply of hot water is excellent. The staff is very friendly and communicative. Hotel is also pet friendly. If you join “Hilton Honors’ program, you get some extra benefits for free (free wifi, bottled water etc.).
Location one block from Miami Beach, gorgeous. We arrived at 10am off a cruise ship and they suggested we sign up as Hampton/Hilton hotel members at no charge, we did and we were in an early checkin room by 10:30 am, no extra charge.
