There is a beach 10 mins by foot. Bicycle path - Via Ardèche is 1 min away. Rental for Kayak for those who wants to explore the rivers of Ardèche is nearby. Not forgetting the supermarkets. We had a wonderful holiday in Ruoms. The landlady Nadine welcomed us very friendly and took good care of us. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We lacked nothing. The pool was in very good condition and the kids had a great time. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Nadine again for the great holiday.

We booked 2 self catering gites for a family celebration. One had aircon which was wonderful. We bought fans from the nearby supermarket for the other. They were needed as it was exceptionally hot 38 / 39C while we were there. The gites are modern and well set up with everything you need. There are washing machines available on site. The swimming pool is excellent, as was the play area for children. It is in a good location and it is an easy walk into town when it is cool. An excellent supermarket is two minutes drive away. All the delights of the area are within an easy drive. There were evening events if you wished to take part and a fabulous BBQ and disco once a week. They know how to party! The hosts/owners were very friendly and helpful.
