Location / setting was fabulous. Bar and restaurant were excellent as was the service.

Spacious and well equipped holiday let. Friendly and welcoming owners who were around if needed, but not intrusive. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room were most welcome. Peaceful location on quiet road. Great location for exploring. Excellent and friendly pub within walking distance. Do not be put off by the colour of the water! It is normal!!

Great location for a start. Had a nice homely feel and was very well set up including hand books etc. Would happily stay again.

Serene location. Walking distance to aysgarth fall and other walks. Immaculate property. Loved the Coziness on the cottage and the tranquil location. Loved the log burner for relaxing after long walks and the outside seating area that we was lucky to enjoy due to good weather. 100% recommend.

    Lynne has done an incredible job with all the reservations. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable with a great coffee machine. We arrived soaked to the skin and Lynne helped to dry all our running kit (including shoes using the special shoe dryer). The guest lounge was lovely with the log burner running. Breakfast was also very good….a great stopover on our Dales running trip.

    The room was very clean and comfortable with an excellent view of the fells. The bathroom was nice and clean with complimentary toiletries and a decent electric shower. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, drying our muddy boots and wet gear for us. Food in the restaurant was excellent and good value and the breakfast was superb. We would definitely stay here again.
