The location was excellent for a quiet retreat. There are good walks and views around the area. Everything was clean and tidy and had the essentials provided. Staff on site and emergency contact displayed clearly on site. Staff was very friendly and helpful and came to check if everything was OK.

Fabulous location with parking right outside. The property is larger than it looks, is very clean and very well thought out. The hosts were very communicative and gave excellent directions as this place is tucked away in a lovely quiet rural location. Kitchen is well equipped, bed really comfy and the bathroom top notch.

Big shower, very clean, nice little touches like soaps for showering and kitchen roll were provided, plenty of clean towels. Good parking. Owner sent a text with a what 3 words link before our stay so was very easy to find.

Everything! It's such a beautiful little cottage surrounded by some lovely gardens. Nice and peaceful but only a short car journey from Chester town. Exceptionally clean! Really comfortable bed upstairs and the sofa bed was lovely also. The welcome basket you receive just makes it that bit more special. Super lovely hosts! Can't fault this place at all. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. The owner greeted us in a very friendly manner. The accommodation was good value and adequate for a 2 night stay. Everything basic provided for 2 people. However we didn't realise there were some dishwashing items in a bedside drawer until we were leaving. I had managed and bought some kitchen towels to improvise. It is in quite an isolated position with narrow lanes which may not suit some drivers. Would stay again for a short visit.

    Breakfast was very good plenty of choice. The evening meals were very good as well and the service excellant. Everywhere was very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Lucy was very helpful because we had to book an extra night at the last minute as our previous booking elsewhere, through you, wasn’t acceptable. We had to leave a day early. I’ve already left feedback on that one.
