The breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection. Jo was a fantastic host and it was a beautiful place. The location was fantastic for lovely walks and a pub lunch. The hot tub was lovely with the bonus of amazing views! We would love to return!

All home comforts have been considered, with extras that were top notch (coffee pods, spare toothbrushes and natural surface cleaners) Hosts were great, very helpful, reachable and welcoming - extra special welcome from their pup! Perfect get away stay for a few nights.

We liked the 2 hand rails both side of the stairs, the coffee maker, the assorted teas, milk and washing up liquid being supplied, the shampoos and shower gels. We liked the clean modern bathroom, the log burner, the large TV, the comfortable pull out sofabed. We also liked the stone walls, the window blinds, good central heating. The friendly smiley faces of the owners who were helpful. The books for walkers. No noise from the pub next door. The meals in the pub were delicious and good portion sized, if we lived nearer we would be regulars (especially for the home made pies). A lovely post office about 100yds away which sold local honey, special butter and yoghurts. Large area for car parking. Dog friendly accommodation and in the pub.
