Cleanliness is superb. Location is good, we walked easily to Red Brick Warehouses, and even the Mount Hakodate Ropeway was walkable. For other attractions further away, we took the tram from Jujigai station to get to Hakodate JR station for the buses there. The house was facing the road but it wasn’t noisy at all.

The location is amazing and is next to the pier and within walking distance of all the important landmarks in Hakodate. The shared kitchen facilities were also adequate and had all the fixtures.
