Featuring quiet street views, Amberlea Cottages features accommodation with balcony, around 1.1 km from Hokitika Beach.

The location was perfect. The accommodation was close to town, private, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a 4-night stay. A fully equipped kitchen, extra linen and a washing machine in the cottage were unexpected. We have already recommended Amberlea Cottages to friends as THE place to stay.

    I was there for a short stay so didn't get to use any of the room facilities other than the shower. The room was very clean and tidy. The electric blanket was helpful on a chilly winter night.

    Clean and tidy room, showers, toilet and kitchen nook were very clean. Staff were very friendly. The room was small, and bit cramped when I added our luggage, however the bed was big and comfortable. Hand basin in room was great to have. Nothing was too much bother for the staff, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Meals in the pub dining room were great value for money and very handy to be able to eat where we were staying.
