What a perfect place! We loved every aspect of it. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We got some free local foods when checking in and also fresh bread every morning! The host quickly responded to every question I had. Easy parking in front. Located in central part of the island so it's pretty good place to start your trips around Sao Miguel with rented car.

The view is incredible, and it was a great experience to be in the jacuzzi and see the sunset. The facilities are pretty comfortable and clean and I found it super cozy. For some days of vacations with my partner, this property made everything more special. The owners are also quite nice and friendly.

Casa Santa-our home for several nights on beautiful Sao Miguel Island was truly remarkable. Restored with great care, traditionally decorated and set in a beautiful enclosed garden, it had privacy and a convenient location, close to Ponta Delgada, Sete Cidades, tea plantation and charming town Ribeira Grande. Parking was in the garden. We spent cozy evenings by the fireplace, had an evening meal in the garden and peaceful sleep in comfy bed. It was well equipped for cooking and dining, bathroom had toiletries; there was a washing machine and spare blankets for colder evenings - everything that made our stay comfortable. The whole house was very clean. Our hosts, Francisco and Maria were attentive and it was an easy communication with them. WiFi worked well. It is a wonderful place and we recommend it.

The house is big and very comfortable, great pool and balcony, barbeque.It was very clean, the kitchen includes a coffee machine. Huge rooms, we got even extra towels for the beach, George is amazing! The kids like the dogs:) private parking, Perfect place!!

This place is amazing. The host is very helpful and kind. The apartment has an access to a huge garden with fresh vegetables and herbs. The check in is authomatic so there was no problem with late arrival. There were water and some snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is very nice and has everything we needed during our stay. The area is calm and peacefull and all the main points of the island can be easily reached by car. We absolutely loved our stay and recommend it very very much!!

The location is ideal for traveling in the island. Excellent option for home eating ! Wonderful garden and barbecue. Marta is an excellent host.

Catarina, our host was excellent. She contacted us before our trip for information and earlier check-in possibilites. She was available to call/text during our whole trip if we needed something and was very kind and helpful. We got also extra towels for different thermal spas, free cookies and basic kitchen accessories like tea, spices or oil. The property had everything working listed on this site. It was modern and clean like in the provided photos. WiFi was excellent. Additionally, the neighbours beautiful cat regurarly visited the property which was a bonus for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Peaceful location. Lots of space rain or shine. Very well equipped with everything needed for a large family and entertaining friends. Amazing pool and lovely hosts! Fresh vegetables and eggs from the garden plot were great too.

the house was very well put together, the swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic and very clean. There were loungers around the pool and plenty of outside seating. there was a welcome basket of local foods on arrival which was appreciated. The BBQ area and outside gazebo were great. The rooms were very clean and we really appreciated the towels provided for the swimming pool. the washing machine was handy and was put to use. Overall a brilliant house to rent for a large group of friends and I would definitely consider going back.
