Beautiful property. The photographs don’t do justice to the care and attention taken. Crafted elements in abundance demonstrating (I guess) the skill of the owner. It has both traditional and modern features with exposed stone throughout. The bathroom is tastefully done with modern concrete fixtures in both the Jack and Jill sink and shower! The bedrooms were great with fine sturdy mattresses. The garden has a wonderful view of the sea, where one could wistfully dream away an hour or two. Finally, if you want to ‘borrow’ a pet cat, one is on hand!

The kind owner met us at the property and explained to us all we needed to know. Her place is clean and comfortable with a beautiful view in the heart of the town. We enjoyed our stay and walked each day to the local grocery store. It was located in a good location to explore the island. The owner left us a basket of fruit; some wine and a local treat that I loved. thank you

    We where traveling around the islands for 2 weeks when we booked our apartment at Vista do Topo. Without a doubt the best place we found in those 2 weeks. Very clean and large apartment, with the most friendly host you can imagine. The first day we forgot to buy some cooking oil at the supermarket but Cosmin went all the way down to buy it for us. The view from the terrace is really amazing! If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is it.

    The room is in a very nice house in Povoação. Everything was very clean and with great facilities. There's free parking on the street, right in front of the house. Miguel, the host, is very welcoming and helpful.

    The best house that we ever visited until now. Very clean . The kitchen is equipped very well. nothing was missing . There were towels for everyday use and in addition also for the beaches and hot springs. Most of all Ana was very helpful and we enjoyed knowing her.

    Excellent location of hotel and beautiful view from balcony. Room was very clean. Jacuzzi with hot water. Swimming pool. Very rich breakfast. Weather even in November was sunny and hotel are just 20m from the sea. In two words BEAUTIFUL HOTEL.

    Location is great (beach is near, quiet and calm area), a good place to explore the eastern part of the island. Very clean, big and equipped half of the house. Kind welcome service. Nice welcome package with local food and wine. Nice pool area and beautiful garden. A very beautiful hiking trail starts right outside the door.
