We enjoyed our stay at Pedro's flat. We were welcomed with a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Madeira wine. At any time Pedro was quick to respond to any of our queries. From the apartment it is a short walk down to the beach or into the centre of town or the bus station. We only booked for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful setting in a lovely garden in a small town. Easy to access supermarket, coffee shop and walks without the car. The Firecrests in the garden (see photo). BBQ as well as stove top inside. Great shower with very hot water. Comfortable. Easy to find and park. Early check-in.

Beautiful property just up the road from the Botanical Gardens. Lovely and clean and equipped with everything required. Great views over Funchal and a short taxi ride (or bus - bus stop at door) up from town.

The place was quite spacious, clean, with three separate bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room is combined with the kitchen and can be locked separately. We couldn't get used to the layout - a long hallway and from it doors to each bedroom and living room with kitchen. There was a coffee machine with coffee capsules in the kitchen. Parking in front of the garage. The town is located in a hilly area, so there are steep streets. A nice gesture - the hostess Daniela left us a bottle of Madeira wine. Very good communication with the hostess. Before arrival, Daniela sent us detailed information on how to get to the accommodation, so we found it without a hitch. We also received recommendations for nearby eating and shopping places. Good WiFi connection.

The host is a super star . She's very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time in Machico with Casa Pao stay . House was spotless , specious, and comfortable. Kitchen with all essentials and super clean. Beds and bedding were cleaned and fresh . We also had amazing mountain views.. We will go back to Casa Pao . Highly recommend place to stay 👌.
