The cottage is a sweet little spot, 10 minutes walk from the Rockridge Bart station. As mentioned in earlier reviews, though on a busy street, it is tucked back and you wouldn't know it. It is an excellent value, and is mostly well apportioned if you are looking for a simple stay while you explore the city.

The house was nice, quiet, welcoming and comfortable. We didn’t know too much about the neighborhood and were glad to find it was in a quiet and safe area. There are fruit trees in the yard and a great bottle of mead was left for us. Haha hopefully for us. It was not labeled so we just considered it part of the decor for a day or two, until curiosity/intuition got the better of us.

Where do I start? Sammy is an amazing host, the reviews make sense now I have never stayed at an Airbnb or hotel for that long and it actually felt like home and felt so comfortable. We felt safe and taken care of Sammy really thought about everything and provided everything while we stayed at his abode!

Property was very clean. , Was easy to get to the grocery store. The area was very quiet. The Property was well stocked. The appliances all worked well.
