Great location, absolutely amazing hosts who accommodate every need and are always available for any questions. We are a family of 5 with a toddler and a big dog, the apartment was very spacious for all of us and had everything we needed, air conditioning in both rooms, housekeeping every 3 days, incl. change of sheets and towels, we had issues with the wifi, but as soon as we reached out to the hosts, they reacted immediately, brought an additional router in the room, as well as a cable, the yard is big and regularly maintained, beautiful flowers, green grass, barbecue. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations! We’ll for sure be coming back next time we go to Greece. Definitely recommend!

The owner was very responsive as we booked late and he made all of the arrangements for us, including recommendations for restaurants. We were to checkout at 11.00 and we requested a late checkout which was no problem at all and we left late afternoon. This was our last day on holiday and we didn’t have to be at the airport until 7pm. Owner was friendly and very helpful. Thank-you for a lovely stay

Giota si trova a 400 metri da Spiaggia di Agia Kiriaki a Néos Marmarás e offre un alloggio con cucina. It had everything that you would need for a few days, including a small kitchen in order to cook. The terrace was amazing. It is nuce and quiet as it is away from the rest of the hotels and the rbnb. The beach is 1min drive or 5-6min walk and it is clean, quiet and beautiful. Nice beaches 15-20 min drive away if you would like to go everyday somewhere different.
