Very nice house complete with many comforts, fortunately this house was exactly as in the pictures and we had no nasty surprises compared to the previous experience! Leonardo followed us from the beginning of our booking by contacting us and giving us all the best information to make the most of our holiday in Sardinia. Cozy and well furnished, nothing is missing and we already miss the truly unique atmosphere we experienced, especially at sunset. The rooms are nice and spacious, the bathrooms new and well sized. Going down to the beach is a matter of seconds and you don't have to take the car every time. This house will always be our holiday home in Sardinia. Claudio - host - was very friendly and provided a quick tour of the house together with recommendations for the local area. The house is brand new and well equipped. We liked there were plenty of towels and little extras such as beach mats. The pool has an amazing view - we tried it just once as the October weather was unsettled but it must be amazing in the summer! Thanks for hosting us.

The accommodation is beautiful. It is in a great location, beautifully and stylishly furnished, and has a lovely garden. It's wonderful to be in this place, but it's also very nice to explore the island from here. So many beautiful beaches and villages within a 15-minute distance. 100% recommended, and if I visit the island again, I will definitely check if this holiday home is still available.
