The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The house is huge, really comfortable, nice balconies and everything you need. It is really close to the beach. The family of owners are really nice. It was really calm and good to rest. I was surprised at first when I saw the pictures and description, but it is matching with what is said: 4 bedrooms, 3 stairs, 2 rooms with balconies, one rooftop, one kitchen, one living room downstairs with TV and one smaller at the first floor.

We liked Everything here! The place is beautiful, the rooms are really comfortable and Raj is a very nice host !! We felt here like home 🏠

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, Sandul Villa is set in Beruwala. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Free WiFi, a shared kitchen and full-day security are featured. The villa was awesome, it was cleaned every day including the beautiful swimming pool. There are five bedrooms all with aircon, fans, mozzie nets and comfortable beds. Two rooms have ensuites and there are a further two bathrooms all of which are very clean. The staff were lovely, very kind and they couldn't do enough for you, especially Sanjeewa who drove the Tuk Tuk, he went above and beyond to provide everything we needed and also took us anywhere we wanted to go locally. The owner was also extremely helpful in sorting out drivers for any trips we went on and also taking one member of our party to the doctors when she was unwell. Breakfast was included and was huge, so much food. There is a kitchen if you want to make your own food but there is also a menu you can order from for evening meals which is very reasonably priced. The garden is gorgeous and get lots of local wildlife in it, including chipmonks and the odd monkey. All in all the whole experience was brilliant and I highly recommend Sandul villa - we stayed for two weeks,

The apartment is very modern furnished with cozy light installations and a well equipped kitchen! We really enjoyed the sri-lankan breakfast and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Its located in a calm area, so for us (3 persons) it was the perfect place to relax, go to the beach in the morning and continue our travels.
